Healthy employees make happy employees. We proudly cover 100% of preventive check-ups & screenings. We also cover a yearly vision exam for all CO-OP members.
We're Network Happy
100% of Idaho's, Montana's, and Wyoming's hospitals are in the CO-OP network. Not only that, our plans give you access to a robust out-of-state network as well.
