Native American Plans
Montana Health CO-OP offers a complete array of its Montana health insurance plans to Native Americans, all with options for limited-cost sharing and zero-cost sharing.
Native American health insurance plans are available to registered members of federally-recognized tribes. To determine if you and your family are eligible, and to choose among our many coverage options, go to our shopping portal.
